Come to Ball Honda, where our state of the art facility and factory-trained Certified Technicians guarantee the highest quality of service for your vehicle. Our service technicians and staff combined have over 150 years of experience, led by Scott Moses, who alone has over 31 years of experience in the car business and over 10 years as Service Manager here at Ball Honda. Scott has had a love for cars ever since his first car, a 1965 Ford Mustang Fastback, and treats every car that comes through his service drive with the same care he gave that Mustang. His love for this business extends beyond just cars though, as the favorite of his job is the satisfaction of seeing his customers leave happy.

Not all dealers are created equal, and the personal attention you'll receive from our service department is what sets us apart from the competition. Immediately after pulling up to our service drive you will be greeted by one of our friendly service advisors, each with over 10 years of experience at Ball. The advisor will walk you around your car and ask you some questions about any problems or concerns you've been having with your vehicle.

Our courtesy shuttle service will offer you a ride home or to work, or if you want to stick around, we offer a comfortable customer lounge, complete with free Wi-Fi, a television, and beverages. The service advisor will then send your repair order over to Scott so it can be dispatched. Unlike other dealerships, Scott personally hands out the repair tickets to every technician so that he can be familiar with all the work going on in the shop. Our customers applaud our efforts to return your vehicle by our promised time.

There are many reasons why you should get your vehicle serviced at Ball Honda versus an independent shop. Honda has certified all of our technicians through their training facility in Torrance, CA. This means that they have taken the time to complete a rigorous course to learn the ins and outs of your Honda. We also have access to detailed schematics of every Honda vehicle and that allows us to handle virtually any scenario your car could run into. No independent shop can say that they offer you the same level of expertise that we offer you here at Ball Honda. "We recently had a customer come in and tell us how another shop said they needed to replace the whole front end of their car. We checked it out and it turns out that they just needed their rotors turned and some new pads. We saved this customer over $1,400," says Service Manager, Scott Moses.
